I chose to collaborate with Eckhard Mützner this time, because the sound of the cello seems to resonate deeply with the enclosed, nocturnal atmosphere of the underground - an atmosphere woven with the desire to remain unseen, to pass into another world. A world where the meaning of being feels clearer to us, where the superficiality of our own world cannot be felt, where it simply does not exist.
There, the purpose of existence is understood, respected, and meaningful. I believe, the sound of the cello can reach such depths that I imagine it passing into that longed -for world- a world that some of us continue to seek.
I would like to thank Trapez for inviting me to the Open Mic. It’s allways a great experience and I really appreciate the opportunity to share my performance.
Thank you for your support.
